This confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement is entered into between KCT Luxury Shine Cleaning Company ("Company") and its employees. It serves to protect vital information related to our clients and our operational processes, ensuring trust and integrity in all our services.

Understanding confidential information
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, client names, addresses, contact details, schedules, habits, and home layouts. This also covers security codes, keys, access instructions, and any personal or private details observed during cleaning services. Furthermore, company pricing, procedures, and business information are considered proprietary.

Employee responsibilities and consequences
As an employee, you agree to keep all client and company information strictly confidential, never sharing it with anyone outside the company. Taking photos or videos inside client homes is strictly prohibited, as is posting client information on social media. All keys, codes, and company materials must be returned upon termination. Violation of this agreement may lead to immediate termination, legal action, and financial liability for damages.
